Stir-fried green beans with fish sauce

A quick dish that is anything but boring: French beans with fish sauce and garlic. Crispy, full of flavour and surprisingly versatile. Ideal for weekdays.

for 4 persons
400 grams of green beans
3 tbsp neutral oil
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 tsp. mushroom stock powder
½ tsp fish sauce

Wash the green beans and cut them diagonally into thin strips of about ½ centimeter wide.

Heat the neutral oil in a wok on high heat and fry the garlic for 1 minute. Add the French beans and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add the stock powder and the fish sauce or light maggi and stir fry for another minute.
