Stir-fried green beans with fish sauce

A quick dish that is anything but boring: runner beans with fish sauce and garlic. Crispy, full of flavor, and surprisingly versatile. Ideal for weekdays.

For 4 servings
400 grams runner beans
3 tbsp neutral oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp mushroom bouillon powder
½ tsp (plant-based) fish sauce

Wash the runner beans and slice them diagonally into thin strips about ½ centimeter wide.

Heat the neutral oil in a wok over high heat and fry the garlic for 1 minute. Add the runner beans and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add the bouillon powder and fish sauce or light maggi, and stir-fry for another 1 minute.
