Bloody Mary

A Bloody Mary, but with a twist. Skip the Worcestershire sauce and go for a splash of Phan's fish sauce. The same kick, with extra depth.

Ingredients for 1 person

50 ml vodka
100 ml tomato juice
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tsp (plant-based) fish sauce
3 drops Tabasco (or to taste)
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp celery salt (or regular salt)
Ice cubes

Garnish
Fresh coriander or celery
Lime, in wedges
Red pepper, thinly sliced

Fill a shaker or large glass with ice cubes. Add the vodka, tomato juice, lime juice, fish sauce, Tabasco, pepper, and salt.

Stir well or shake gently until everything is well mixed and chilled. Pour into a tall glass filled with ice.

Garnish with a few sprigs of fresh coriander or celery, red pepper, and optionally a lime wedge on the rim of the glass.
