Bloody Mary

Bloody Mary, but a little different. Skip the Worcestershire sauce and go for a dash of Phans fish sauce. Same kick, with extra depth.

Ingredients for 1 person
50 ml vodka
100 ml tomato juice
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tsp Phans (vegetable) fish sauce
3 drops Tabasco (or to taste)
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp celery salt (or regular salt)
Ice cubes

Garnish
Fresh coriander or celery
Lime, in segments
Red pepper, thinly sliced

Fill a shaker or large glass with ice cubes. Add the vodka, tomato juice, lime juice, fish sauce, Tabasco, salt and pepper.

Stir well or shake gently until everything is well mixed and cold.

Pour into a tall glass filled with ice.

Garnish with a few sprigs of fresh coriander or celery, red pepper and possibly a lime wedge on the rim of the glass.
