Spicy gin & tonic with fish sauce

A gin and tonic, but with a twist. With fresh lime, spicy red pepper, and a dash of Phan's fish sauce, this classic gets a savory edge. Exciting, refreshing, and perfect for surprising your guests.

for 1 glass
Tajín (for the rim of the glass)
Lime wedges
Ice cubes
50 ml gin (suggestion: Orion Peppergin Madame Jeanette)
½ teaspoon Phan's fish sauce
juice of half a lime
100 ml tonic
½ red pepper, thinly sliced

Moisten the rim of the glass with a lime wedge and dip in Tajín. Fill the glass with ice cubes. Add the gin, lime juice, and fish sauce to the glass. Top with tonic and stir briefly. Garnish with an extra lime wedge and red pepper if desired.
